Trinity Medical Center provides a comprehensive occupational health service to the business community. Our program is designed to assist the client company in decreasing lost work time, medical expenses, insurance premiums and maintain compliance with company and government regulations.

The WorkCare Clinic is equipped to meet all of your examination, testing and medical surveillance requirements.

Because the WorkCare Clinic is an Occupational Medicine Facility, employers can schedule appointments easier than a doctor's office. We understand that the employer is paying the employee while they are visiting us, so the wait times are reasonable (avg. 15 min.)


Clinic Services offered by Trinity WorkCare:
Pre-Placement / Physical Exam Services
  • Pre-placement exams for new hires
  • State and federally required exams (DOT, PUCO, OSHA)
  • Fitness for duty evaluation
  • Annual physicals to identify potential or actual health problems and evaluate the employee's ability to perform job responsibilities
  • Second opinion physicals
  • Executive physicals
  • Lab tests, EKG and x-ray

Compliance / OSHA Services

  • Medical surveillance examinations to identify baseline physical status and to monitor for any changes secondary to exposure
  • Audiology and Vision Testing
  • Pulmonary function testing
  • Biological monitoring
 Musculo-Skeletal Screening
  • Tests the integrity of the employee's back and every major musculo skeletal region of the body. This is to help identify a potential problem before it is manifested in the workplace
  • Evaluation lasts 45 minutes
  • Tests the flexibility, range of motion, and strength of the muscle groups most commonly involved in work-related injuries
  • Lifting and carrying capabilities as well as limitations are also tested
