PROCEDURES
FOR DRUG SCREEN COLLECTION AND BREATH ALCOHOL TESTING
- Drug screen requests
during Clinic hours. (8:00 am - 4:00 pm Monday
Friday)
- The company
places a call to the WorkCare clinic to
request the test, stating the type to be
done.
- If the employee
has never been seen at WorkCare, informing
the clinic personnel of the employee's
information (i.e., name address, age, phone
#, SS#, etc.) will help to expedite the
registration process and save time.
- Drug screen requests
after clinic hours. (4:00 pm - 8:00 am Monday Friday
weekends and holidays)
- Contact the
on-call person. In the immediate
Steubenville/Weirton area dial 740-266-0235. At
the beep, enter your number and hang up.
(Please Note: You must dial in the number
where you can be reached after you receive
the tone from the beeper). If after a period
of twenty (20) minutes has passed and you
have not had a reply from the on call person,
please contact the switchboard at Trinity
Medical Center West at (740) 264-8000 and
they will contact us. (If you are using a
rotary phone, dial the hospital operator
also).
For clients outside of the above referenced
area and in Pennsylvania, please contact the
switchboard operator at Trinity Medical
Center West at the number provided above and
instruct them to beep the WorkCare on call
person. You must leave the number that you
want us to contact with the operator.
