Trinity WorkCare is an Occupational Health Clinic offering a variety of services to employees of local businesses. The Clinic is located on Johnson Road on the right, just before entering Trinity Medical Center West.

The WorkCare Clinic provides injury treatment services to injured employees. This service eliminates a visit to the Emergency Department and provides a complete team approach to injury care.

If you are injured on the job, you can go to the Clinic for treatment (see list of conditions that must be treated in the Emergency Department).

Our Services provide a number of advantages to both employee and employer:

  • Convenient location with parking at the building
  • Fast and efficient service. Only occupational health services are provided at the clinic, ie., physical, drug and alcohol screening, medical surveillance and worktime injury care. There are no long waits like in the emergency room.
  • Decreases cost over and emergency room visit for the employer.
  • A Case Manager assists the patient from the beginning to help with paper work, setting up appointments, physical therapy, obtaining supplies and completing the return-to work process.
  • Trinity WorkCare physical therapy services provide a complete team approach to injury care.
 
Injury Case Management
  1. A physician is available for njury treatment from (8:00 am - 1:00 pm Monday - Friday)
    1. The employer places a call to the WorkCare Clinic (740-264-0087) to say that an employee is on the way.
    2. If possible, clinic personnel should be informed as to the type of injury and some company information (i.e., proper company name, risk #, MCO if applicable, etc.) This will help to expedite the registration process and save time.
  2. Injury treatment after hours. (1:00 pm - 8:00 am Monday - Friday, Weekends and Holidays)
    1. Trinity Medical Center Emergency Department covers injuries on the off hours.

Case management and tracking starts immediately to expedite the return to work process, and keeps the company informed of the status of their employee.
