with paper work, setting up appointments,
physical therapy, obtaining supplies and
completing the return-to work process.

workers' compensation.

- The employer
places a call to the WorkCare Clinic
(614-264-0087) to say that an employee is
on the way.
- If possible,
clinic personnel should be informed as to
the type of injury and some company
information (i.e., proper company name,
risk #, MCO if applicable, etc.) This
will help to expedite the registration
process and save time.
- Injury treatment
after business hours. (4:00 pm - 8:00 am Monday -
Friday, Weekends and Holidays)
- Trinity
Medical Center Emergency Department
covers injuries on the off hours.
- It is very
important for the employer to notify the
Emergency Department at 614-264-8010. Let
them know that an employee is on the way,
and give the registration clerk the
company information as listed above.
